Your wellbeing starts from the balance between nutrition, movement and lifestyle
Every person has a different history, different habits and different goals. That is why I do not believe in standard solutions, but in programmes built to measure, based on individual characteristics and on what the person actually needs.

My story
My name is Giovanni De Flaviis and I am a Nutritionist Biologist and Kinesiologist. My background comes from the meeting of two disciplines I consider deeply connected: nutrition and movement.
I graduated in Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Urbino and went on to a Master of Science in Human Nutrition Science at Saint Camillus International University in Rome.
After passing the Italian State Examination I qualified to practise as a Biologist and registered with the Register of Biologists of Lazio and Abruzzo (no. AA_100637).
Continuing education
A professional's education does not end with a degree: I see it as a path of ongoing growth. That is why I keep investing in updating my skills, so that I can offer my patients support based on the most recent scientific evidence.
I am currently attending the second-level university Master's in Clinical and Functional Nutrition at "G. d'Annunzio" University of Chieti-Pescara, which allows me to go deeper into nutrition applied to clinical practice.
In recent years I have also taken part in several specialist training courses, among them the 30th Course in Human Food and Nutrition of the Scuola di Nutrizione Salernitana (2024) and the course in Basic, Clinical, Sports and Anti-ageing Nutrition run by SIFA Formazione – Scuola Italiana Formazione in Alimentazione (2025).
I continue to study clinical and sports nutrition, bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA), body composition assessment, the reading of blood test results and nutrition strategies supported by the scientific literature, because I believe that staying up to date is one of the most important tools for offering a professional, personalised service of a high standard.
Nutrition and movement: seeing the whole person
My professional experience has allowed me to develop an integrated view of wellbeing, built on the balance between health, nutrition and physical performance. For years I have worked actively in football, collaborating with clubs and sports organisations, supporting athletes, coaches and technical staff in their day-to-day development.
That experience taught me how essential the balance between nutrition, training, recovery and lifestyle management is in order to obtain real results.
I have also gained experience as a gym instructor and personal trainer, following people with different goals: from improving body composition to getting into better physical shape.
My double background in Sport and Exercise Science and in Human Nutrition Science therefore lets me consider the person as a whole, beyond the simple idea of a diet.
I do not simply write a meal plan: I build a programme that takes into account:
- nutrition
- physical activity
- body composition
- lifestyle
- daily habits
- personal goals
My aim is to help you improve your health, your body composition and your wellbeing through a scientific, personalised and sustainable approach that brings together nutrition, movement and lifestyle.
Because real change does not come from temporary restrictions, but from building effective habits that can be kept over time.
